A 25% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance due two months prior to the first day of the hire period. Bookings made within two months of the first day of the hire period must be accompanied by full payment.
We accept payment by personal cheque or bank transfer.
Linen and cleaning included. Towels for use in the house (not on the beach please!) can be provided at an extra charge of £4 per person.
One bag of logs and some kindling for the wood-burning stove are provided free of charge for each new let during the winter months. Extra wood can be supplied for a small charge.
The property is no smoking. Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.
